Q. What type of ticket do I need to use the Tangerine Fields service?

A. Tangerine Fields are based within the main festival campsite. Therefore you will need a purchase a weekend camping ticket* from the festival you are attending to use our service. (*not applicable to the Hay Festival or Brecon Jazz)

Q. What equipment do you have available to hire?

A. Whatever you see on the booking page for the festival you are attending is what we have available. If you want something that's not there, we've either sold out or do not supply it to that particular festival.

Q. What days do I get to use the tent?

A. All our tents are pitched and ready for use from when the festival campsite opens until it closes. Check the website of the festival you are attending for opening and closing times.

Q. How do I find my tent when I arrive?

A. Tangerine Fields signage will direct you to our field from the campsite entrance. From there our on-site staff will show you to your tent. Arrival information can be found on our website 2 weeks prior to the festival.

Q. Can our group have our tents pitched together?

A. We will pitch all tents made under the same booking together. If you make a separate booking from your friends, just state your friends booking reference number when you book, or send us an email, and we will ensure you are pitched together.

Q. How far from the Main Arena is Tangerine Fields located?

A. Depending on the size of the festival we can usually be found between 5 and 20 minutes walk from the main arena.

Q. Where can I park my car?

A. The festival* provides a car park for all ticket holders. Check the website of the festival you are attending for travel information and costs of parking passes where applicable. (*Tangerine Fields provides car parking for Hay Festival)

Q. What security is there for Tangerine Fields customers?

A. The festival provides on-site security and stewards within the main campsite, including the Tangerine Field. However, large gatherings of people can provide easy pickings for thieves. Car keys, cash, credit cards, mobile phones, wallets, purses and other valuable items should be kept with you at all times. Do not leave them in unattended vehicles or tents. Check the website of the festival you are attending for information regarding crime prevention and availability of storage facilities for valuables.

Q. What toilet and shower facilities are available?

A. The festival supplies shower and toilet facilities to the main campsite, including the Tangerine Field.
