Definitions
Tangerine Fields Limited is hereinafter referred to as the "owner".
The persons entering into a rental agreement with the owners are hereinafter referred to as the "hirer".
The Equipment which is provided to the hirer under the rental contract includes all physical items, tents, gazebos, airbeds and accessories hereinafter referred to as the "equipment".
"The contract" means the contract between the owner and the hirer for the supply and rental of equipment.
"Rental" is the provision of the equipment by the owners to the hirer for the hirer's use for an agreed period and at an agreed cost and subject to these terms and conditions.
"Event" is the festival where the equipment will be used.

Rental Period
The Contract shall commence the day of arrival to the festival.
The Contract shall terminate the day of Festival close.

Rental Charges
Charges for the hire of equipment shall be payable at the agreed rate and payable prior to the event.

Payment
All payment will be made in advance of the event. Failure to remit payment in advance of the rental term may at the discretion of the owner, result in the termination of the rental contract.

Refunds
1. If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to rental start date a cancellation fee of 10% of the prepaid rental amount will apply.

3. no refunds shall be given if the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to rental start date or if you fail to arrive at the event on the rental start date and fail to notify Tangerine Fields in advance of this date.

Acceptance
The Hirer shall satisfy himself that the equipment as supplied corresponds to the rental agreement and is in working order. Any part of the equipment found to be faulty, shall be notified to the owners within one day of receipt of equipment. Failure to do so will render the hirer responsible for the total payment of the hire.

Substitution
The owners reserve the right to substitute the equipment the equipment proposed for the rental with alternative equipment an equal specification. On termination of the rental the hirer may not substitute any equipment supplied by the owner.

Modification of equipment
The equipment shall not be altered, modified or adjusted without the owners' prior consent.

Care of equipment
The hirer shall keep the equipment in a good condition and not subject it to any misuse or wear and tear over that consistent with normal and reasonable use. Maintaining where applicable the manufactures' recommendations.

Equipment Failure
In the event of equipment failure the owner requests immediate notice from the hirer. Should the hirer not provide the owner with the opportunity to rectify the failure, the owner reserves the right to pass on the full rental costs relating to the said rental contract. Should the equipment failure prove to be due to misuse the owner reserves the right to take the deposit. The owner, in event of equipment failure will make every endeavor to repair or replace said equipment with the same or comparable equipment at no charge to the hirer.

Loss and damage
During the rental it is the responsibility of the hirer to insure against loss and damage of the equipment.

Liability
The hirer expressly acknowledges that the owners are not the original manufacturer or supplier of the equipment. The owner accepts no liability for any injury or death from any claim or proceedings arising from the said rental contract.

Ownership
The equipment shall remain the sole property of the owners.

Dispute
Any dispute between the owners and the hirer arising from the rental of the equipment or these terms & conditions shall be subject to English Law.

Safety
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury.
