Frequently Asked Questions

1. What type of ticket do I need to use the Tangerine Fields service?

At most festivals Tangerine Fields are based within the main festival campsite. Therefore, you will need to purchase a WEEKEND WITH CAMPING ticket from the festival you are attending to use our service.

You will not be able to access the Tangerine Field if you purchase weekend non-camping or day tickets. Exceptions to this are;

For RIAT, please purchase camping for the days you are attending the event

For Hay Festival, please purchase camping for whichever days you wish to stay

2. Can I book my accommodation before I book my festival ticket?

We always recommend you have your festival camping ticket booked before you book with us (You may not receive your actual festival tickets until just before the festival but as long as you have a confirmed booking for them then you can book with us).

If you book accommodation with us, then end up not getting a festival camping ticket, you will be subject to our cancellation fees if you have to cancel your Tangerine Fields booking. Please see our Terms and Conditions for cancellation fees.

All our equipment is rented, and should be left for our staff to pack down at the end of the festival, with the exception of the sleeping bags, which you can take home with you.
